Located at a beautiful and quiet pedestrian square a few steps away from the Campidoglio, this prestigious apartment consists of a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.
It sits on the second floor of an antique building (without elevator) overlooking Piazza Margana, at walking distance from a number of historic sites such as the Capitoline Museums, Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, the Ghetto, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Farnese, Via Giulia, Piazza Navona and Largo Argentina.
Entering the luxurious apartment with terracotta floors and Persian rugs, we are welcomed by a lovely entrance with a small sofa that opens onto the large living room. Fully air conditioned, the room is filled by natural light thanks to two large windows overlooking the square.
Furnished with antiques, pieces of design and paintings, the living room is composed of a relaxation area with two large sofas completed by poufs, a coffee table, a dining area with a designer glass table for up to 6 people and a study area with desk.
The completely renovated kitchen offers a large breakfast counter and is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, fridge and freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and all necessary crockery and utensils.
An art-filled corridor leads to the sleeping area. The master bedroom, complete with a double bed, TV and air conditioning, also offers a lovely balcony with table and two chairs overlooking internal gardens. The remaining bedroom, composed of a queen size sofa bed (mattress 120x190cm), air conditioning and a small table, is just across the corridor. The apartment is complete with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. Towels and sheets are provided.
The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and characteristic areas of Rome’s historic center at an exclusive position that allows you to reach all the major places of interest in the city in just a few minutes. In Piazza Venezia there is a taxi rank and numerous bus stops.
The entire apartment has been sanitized with ozone by a certified company and sanitizing products are left available to customers.
This characteristic area is extremely strategical due to the fact that it is between Campo De Fiori and the Pantheon. Do not miss an Italian aperitivo with a nice selection of wines and a tray of French cheeses and salumi at “Beppe e i suoi Formaggi”. We also recommend you have dinner at the famous “Da Giggetto al Portico D’Ottavia”.
The Jewish Ghetto area is also within walking distance of the majority of Rome’s main sights. For example, some of the nearest include the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, and the Piazza Navona.
Just a little further will take you through to the Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican, or the Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish steps in the other direction.
We would highly recommend taking a midnight stroll towards the Trevi Fountain. Though marvellous during the day, under the cover of darkness it is even more magical. Not only will the crowds have thinned out, but you can also enjoy the beautiful nighttime illuminations.
This area is lively in the evenings, and has a similar atmosphere to as areas such as Trastevere. This way you can enjoy the authentic Roman atmosphere, though you will also be joined with many other tourists as it is so central.
Kindly note that this apartment is unfortunately not suitable for children or pets.

«Superb location and a great apartment to experience living in Rome without the high cost of eating out every night.»
Bed was very noisy, kitchen could have done with few more cooking utensils (knives, ladles) and although the apartment was very nice it was a bit tired (curtains hanging down, kitchen cupboard doors need aligning, wires hanging down, clothes and rubbish in cupboards, bulbs replacing)
«Immersed in character»
The apartment is wonderfully located, within easy walking distance of so much, such as the Pantheon, but more importantly, we found, the street itself is a delight. In the morning, it has the character of a small friendly village, but in the evening it buzzes, with excellent and very popular restaurants. The apartment is compact but charming. Inten...Read More
«Great location with lots of history attached»
We traveled with 2 young children. The location and organisation of the loft was very well done. Certainly being met and receiving keys was fast and efficient. Assistance with the organisation of transport (Taxi) and tour guides was a pleasant experience and much appreciated, as we were first-time visitors to Rome. The apartment/loft was clean...Read More
«Okay»
The bed was not the best, to hard and maked a lot off noise
«A wonderful place!»
This flat is fantastic. The location cannot be beat, and the opportunity to stay in such a special and historic building is once-in-a-lifetime. The flat is cozy and perfect for a family with children - though children should be old enough to navigate the stairs. We were sad to leave!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the apartment we rented in the Jewish Ghetto. Well located, convenient to the Campo de Fiori, where we shopped daily and also is was the loft turned out to be a quick tram ride over to Trastevere, a part of town we're very fond of. Thanks to Sibilla

The apartment at Costagutti was fantastic, close to nice restaurants and is walking distance to major attractions. Public transport is also close by which made travelling around rome easy. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here in Rome, and would not hesitate to stay in these apartments again. Ciao

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated and, although on the small side for a family of four for a long stay, it was more than adequate for 4 nights. The apartment had almost everything required - the only thing missing was a corkscrew. Free Wifi was especially useful. The location is excellent - walking distance to all the main sights...Read More

We have really had good days in this apartment. We loved the ancient building, the renovated apartment, the kindness of the staff. The best is the great location, near Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Roman forum and Campidoglio, Trastevere... A nice place to visit Rome by foot. Thank you for everything.
