Appartment fully met with our expectations. The location can not be better. Quiet but very close to the main atractions of Rome.

Stayed here for 4 days with my husband and 14yr old son. The quiet building is situated just north of Piazza Novona (5 mins walk) , 15 minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna where you can get the Metro and 10/15 mins walk to the Pantheon. Bathroom upstairs has only a bath and the one downstairs has a shower - which does need a new shower door - has a door and a shower curtain at the moment!! Odd. Other than the shower we found everything to be great especially the staff who were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

The Orso House apartment is in a perfect neighborhood. River is one block away, Novano Square within 5 minute walk where musicians and artists perform daily/nightly. The apartment includes two bedroom/two bath with very comfy beds and bathrooms that are updated and very clean. Showers in both baths are very good with lots of water pressure. Living area has very comfortable seating (two couches) and the entire apartment is well lit which was very nice. A #4 rating for facilities pertains to the kitchen. We ate meals out, so we didn't use the small kitchen for cooking. There was a nice refrigerator, a stove, cooking utensils and pots/pans, silverware, glasses and plates. One could easily fix breakfast and lunch there, but it wasn't really a draw for us. We had no contact with staff during our stay except for a young man who met us there on arrival. He did an adequate job of explaining the apartment and building workings, but we never had to call anyone re. questions, so it's hard to know if staff would be responsive. We did not use the television, which in our past experience of renting apartments, is one of the most difficult areas to understand and get informed about. he Orso House apartment was ideal for us, and we would certainly seek to rent it again for future trips to Rome.

The apartment was great. We had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked amazing! Close to everything, great location. Staff was easy to reach via text messaging.

The ONLY complaint we have is the extra taxes charged by Romeloft. We ALL believe that the phase "All taxes and fees" on the detailed summary from AirBandB meant ALL taxes and fees. This was NOT the case as we had to contribute additional fees. Otherwise this was an excellent rental and an excellent location.

We had a wonderful stay at Orso house The location was perfect , close to piazza Navone and very convenient for Vatican. The staff was accommodating and helpful. We will come back!

As two mature couples traveling together, we found Ordo House perfect!! With a bathroom for each couple and located on separate levels, we had plenty of space. Very well appointed living and dining room, and a kitchen, although small, supplied with all the necessities. Location is excellent to walk to many of Rome's many sights. Loved it!

Lovely apartment with a great lounge area to relax with friends,in,air conditioning in the bedroom. It's in a great location, with the Piazza Navona just round the corner,the sightseeing bus stops about 5min walk away, St Peters is roughly about 20mins walk. Would return.

only may have the appartment instructions to use the dish washer. very hot the heating. I saw it has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms but not in the living. In summer as I know that TRome is hot, ma be necessary to have one on the living.

My sons and I stayed here a couple of days and were very enthousiastic about it. A very comfortable and pleasant loft. Nice bedrooms (good beds) a well equiped kitchen and chill-out furniture. Nearby the Tiber river in the old centre of Rome. Within 10 minutes walk to the famous piazza Navano. HIghley recommended!

This apartment was the best we stayed in out of 4 different locations. It is remarkably spacious, well located and our dealings with Romeloft were conducted in a most professional manner. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome.

Awesome apartment in an awesome area. So many historic sites within 10-15 min. walking distance. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was super clean, spacious, and came with free wifi. The furnished kitchen with a dishwasher was a great surprise. Several restaurants and a mini market within steps of the front door. What more could you ask for!

The Borghese gardens was a 25 minute walk, Trestavere was a 30 minute walk and we spent a whole day walking around there. We loved going to the Pantheon and getting ice cream there and hanging out at the Piazza Navonna early in the morning before it got crowded. As was mentioned in another post, there is no microwave and the oven blew all the fuses when we were there. I strongly suggest a microwave be purchased - it would make this apartment perfect!!

It is in a lovely old Roman laneway with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars so close by that we had to restrict ourselves to cooking at home some nights so we could at least try to keep our figures!!The apartment has a very well stocked kitchen, lots of pots and pans crockery etc. but no microwave (the only thing missing!!), laundry facilities etc. Being picked up at the station was a bonus and also driven to the airport at the end of our stay. Well worth organising. We believe that the actual person who picked us up at the end of our stay was not the right one as half way to the airport he told us he should have picked someone up at 88 - we were at 80 - so I hope our real driver was not too inconvenienced by us not being there when he arrived. I would certainly recommend staying at Orso House apartments while in Rome - a great experience

An electric kettle would have been good, as it was we used a saucepan to boil water for our morning cuppa, so no hardship really. No duvet covers on either beds, this I think should be looked at for hygeine purposes. The layout was great -- a master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet upstairs gave my husband and me privacy while our family members had the downstairs bedroom and bathroom to themselves. We liked the location, the modern decor, the floating stairs and tall window onto the street. The kitchen is tiny but adequate for our needs. The mattresses were comfortable and the linens crisp. The umbrellas came in handy. There were plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and the location was convenient to most of what we wanted to see or do. The only downside was noise. Although there wasn't much car traffic, the restaurants were busy well into the night and people were noisy past 3 am. Being near the Tiber, we did have noisy gulls in the morning. Having said that, you expect Rome to be noisy and because the bedrooms were on the courtyard instead of the street, you could shut the doors and dampen the noise pretty well. We lost the hot water on the last day and thought it was probably building-wide but since we were leaving it wasn't a big deal. I left a note about it and we didn't bother to call. I would recommend this apartment and Rome Loft, which was pleasant to deal with. Having help with the transfers was terrific.
