«Perfect Location with Character »

We would like to be honest. This is not luxury apartment but it is a Quality Apartment with great features. We chose because of extra rooms and terrace, The terrace is very small and at first taken back as tw0 person maximum but we did enjoy night time views and morning reading book with coffee watching the street come awake below. Spacious, clean,Read More two bathroom with laundry/washing machine. Stocked well...no need to shop for basics. Charming interior with gorgeous wood ceiling, exposed beams, lovely floors. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We found the wifi fine and we used often. There was a spot where sir conditioner broke but this was taken care of immediately and with little disruption to our stay. The street Villa Della vita after all our walking in Rome was our favourite and the Gellato Bar outside the door spectacular. We would definitely rent again here for another stay.

«lovely»

We loved our stay at this apartment. Although i would not describe it as a luxury apartment it was charming and comfortable and a lovely base in a busy city. We found the street it was on was very quite in the evenings and loved sitting on the balcony after a long day with a bottle of wine overlooking the rooftops of Rome (also, a very nice ice creRead Moream shop right outside the front door). The apartment was light and airy and had everything we needed as a family of four (children 12 + 14). The main bathroom has seen better days and was rather rusty in places and the WIFI was not great but apart from that we had a fantastic four nights stay here - just wishing we were there now!

«Our family of five stayed in this apartment for five nights in June 7-13 2013. ... »

Our family of five stayed in this apartment for five nights in June 7-13 2013. We enjoyed the spacious living room and dining room, which were big enough for all of us to sit down and eat together or relax together after dinner. The kitchen was well stocked for making breakfast or lunch. The dishwasher worked well; we never used the washer and thRead Moreere was no dryer. Having two bathrooms was heavenly. The elevator was reliable. The photos on the web site are very true to life and the info given there was very realistic, so there were no surprises. We were met on time and received good service from the agency for the one or two questions that we had during our stay. The location is fabulous; many places to eat right on our street and many sites without easy walking distance. If you need great Wifi or can't deal with city noise, however, this is not the best choice for you. The Wifi was basic at best and being in the middle of a lively city environment means having city noises, even up on the fourth floor.
