Light and sophistication define the Spanish Steps Luxury Apartment, which features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (4 of which are en-suite), comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Upon entering, you’ll find a well-lit corridor enhanced by a large window overlooking Via Bocca di Leone.
Four large windows flood the expansive living room with natural light, offering a magnificent view of Palazzo Torlonia and Via Bocca di Leone. Two large, comfortable sofas are arranged around a grand gas fireplace, surrounded by furnishings that reflect the Puglian and Sardinian heritage of the owner’s family.
Adjacent to the living room is the master bedroom, which boasts a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub. Continuing on, you’ll reach the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee machine.
Next, you’ll find a smaller bedroom furnished with a single bed and a raised double bed, as well as a bathroom with a compact shower. Finally, there’s a third bedroom with a large window and balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a walk-in closet and the third bathroom.
The main living room connects to the other wing of the apartment. A connecting door leads to a spacious bedroom that can accommodate an extra single bed, complete with a generous walk-in closet and a bathroom featuring a bathtub.
To the right of the corridor, another sitting room awaits, furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining area. Two large, cozy sofas are positioned in front of the fireplace. From this sitting room, a small hallway leads to another bedroom and a second kitchen.
Inside this bedroom, a compact study area is illuminated by a large glass window that opens onto a private balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. The last bathroom is en-suite within this bedroom. The second kitchen is also fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and coffee machine.
Next to the kitchen, a charming breakfast nook characterized by a large window overlooking the courtyard offers a welcoming spot to start your day. From here, you can access the laundry area, where a washing machine is provided.

At the Spanish Steps, you will find the nearest metro station, which will take you towards the Vatican in one direction, and the central station, Termini, in the other. From the latter, just one change to the metro B will take you towards the Vatican all the way through to the Colosseum in the delightful Monti district.
The neighborhood is also famous for hosting most of the city’s luxury boutique and fantastic restaurants. Widely considered one of the Rome’s most exclusive districts, the area attracts elegant crowds in the heart of the city.
