This attic apartment sits between the Saint Peter’s Basilica and the area of Trastevere. It also benefits from the recent renovations. Your holiday rental lies in a 1950s building which offers an elevator. You will find it on to the 5th floor. You will also have access to air conditioning. This makes it an excellent choice for both young and elderly people.
The special feature of this apartment is that you can see the nearby Saint Peter’s cupola through each window of the unit.
The elegant and spacious entrance opens up on three different areas. Within, you can enjoy the living room. This offers two white comfortable sofas, a coffee table, abat-jour, 27″ flat TV, and red dresser with a Hi-Fi system.
In addition to this, the fully equipped kitchen provides a dining table and chairs. It is thus the perfect place to not only cook up a delicious meal, but then also enjoy it in the comfort of your own private space.
The same floor is also home to the single studio bedroom.
The kitchen also offers a gas stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer and a dish washer. The air conditioned single bedroom features a single bed and a desk with a chair. Next to the bedroom, there is also a bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine.
At the end of the corridor, you’ll find the master bedroom that exhibits an oriental style. It also has a king size bed, night tables, night lamps, wardrobes, and French windows leading to the small balcony with views over Rome. The master bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
You will also have Wi-Fi internet access should you need to work or to plan the remainder of their trip!
From this apartment, you can enjoy a walk up Gianicolo hill, where you’ll find a fantastic Bistrot, “Vivi Bistrot”, to relax in front of a drink and a snack. This hill lies just behind the Trastevere area, which also offers many more restaurants, bars, and shops. This is also a very atmospheric and friendly place to be come evening, when crowds gather in the piazzas to catch up with friends.
This apartment lies in an area that is moreover very well connected with the Saint Peter railway station and several bus lines. This means you won’t have any problem reaching any part of the city.
The best way to see Rome, however, is on foot. You might work 15 minutes longer to some attractions than if you were staying in the center. However, the walks are almost as beautiful as the monuments themselves, given Rome’s picturesque and characteristic buildings.
Within half an hour you can arrive at the Vatican, Piazza Navona, and Castel Sant’Angelo. A little longer of a walk will bring you to the Campo de’ Fiori, Pantheon, and Spanish Steps area. From the Vatican you can also take the Metro into the center of town, or even all the way to the central station, Termini.

«Very comfortable apartment with a great terrace with an amazing view and great for watching the locals walk their dogs!»
First of the communication with the Romeloft agent was great. He left a message while we were in flight to say there were problems with public transport. We were able to speak to him and tell him when we would arrive at the apartment. The apartment was as described - light, spacious, well equipped and with an amazing view of the dome of St. Peter...Read More
«Convenient »
Good location for us. A little noisy but as we were just using it as a base it didn't bother us. Unfortunately the cleaning was much to be desired! However Nissar who met us for the key hand over was very friendly and helpful. Would use Romeloft again.
