This elegant and spacious Rome apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Rome: the Spanish steps. Once inside the house, you will certainly appreciate the classy furniture, which gives the apartment a certain personality.

The large sunny living room, with its comfy white sofas, is the ideal space to relax with family and friends. Wireless Internet access is also available in the apartment.

The dining room, located next to the living room, is also elegant and stylish, with a glass table and four antique wooden chairs. This is a great place to enjoy a quick lunch or lazy breakfast in the mornings.

The brightness of this Spanish Steps flat will enchant you. On the other side of the apartment, down a long corridor, you’ll find 4 bedrooms: the first has a double bed, the second has a king size bed and the two others are single rooms, one with two single beds (one of which is a pull-out bed), and one with a single sofa bed.

The kitchen, which is also in this section of the apartment, provides a gas stove, a fridge and a freezer. You’ll also find a washing machine. Thus you will be able to cook up your own meals on those evenings that beg for home comforts over busy streets.

Two bathrooms, one with a shower box and the other, with a bathtub, complete this chic apartment.

The Location

The apartment is located in the Spanish steps area, home to some of the most famous streets of Rome. The Via Frattina, Via Condotti, Via della Croce, Via di Propaganda, Via del Babuino have some amazing great shopping facilities. Here you will find the world’s best designers, such as Ferragamo, Bulgari, Gucci and Prada.

Moreover, the area offers the possibility to easily visit the most important sights such as Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain and Piazza del Popolo.

You can also walk through Villa Borghese park, while enjoying the amazing views over the city from the Pincio. You will be enchanted by the wonderful colours of Rome’s roofs and by the architecture of its cupolas.

To arrive at the Vatican you can take the Metro A from the Piazza di Spagna. Alternatively, you can take the same line to Termini, change to Metro B and thus arrive at the Colosseum.

In the evenings, you won’t struggle to find some elegant and stylish bars in which to enjoy a relaxing drink. After this, you can gently walk off the alcohol by strolling towards the Trevi Fountain. The later you go the better, given that the crowds will have thinned out significantly. More importantly, however, the Trevi is beautifully lit up after dark, making for an enchanting atmosphere.

«Appartement très personnel et agréable, magnifiquement situé»

C'est la seconde fois que j'habite cet appartement qui me plait beaucoup, surtout par sa situation. Il est un peu vieillot mais avec du charme et les sanitaires laissent à désirer. Le ménage pourrait être fait avec plus de soin et "dans les coins". En dépit de cela, nous y avons passé des moments très agréables et jRead More39;y retournerai volontiers.

This is a fabulous apartment. I felt like we were in an Italian movie of the 50s or 60s. The apartment has so much personality; it is filled with paintings, antiques, books, Indian rugs, wonderful light fixtures...and a location that can't be beat. It was perfect for us as we were a large party, so we really appreciated having two full bathrooRead Morems and four bedrooms. The kitchen is small, as it often is in that era of apartment, but the dining room was big and beautiful, and we often ate out. We come to Rome often and this was hands down our best rental apartment. We will now only book from Rome Loft! Even the drive from the airport was great! Bravo Rome Loft!

We rented this apartment for 3 nights and it was exactly as advertised - very elegant, Roman apartment in a location second to NONE! The apartment is spacious and comfortably accommodates 6 people (2 doubles, 2 singles). It is however, "lived in" the owner's personal possessions are in the apartment but put away in cupboards so it&Read More#039;s not like going to a completely empty, hotel style apt. This wasn't a problem for us whatsoever and, in fact, made it feel more homely and inviting. There is a lovely cafe next door where you can eat breakfast from 7am (very accommodating to one of our party who is a coeliac, they happily made her a sandwich using her own bread). It's also an ice cream parlour, restaurant and bar. While you are here book Da Mario restaurant one minute from the apt which serves fantastic, reasonably priced food with top class service. The concierge service attached to the apartment was also very helpful for booking restaurants but really everything is on your doorstep including a taxi rank right outside. Would definitely use romeloft again - bonus also that it's more cost effective than a hotel when there's a group.
