Located in the elegant area of Prati, this refined apartment was designed for guests to enjoy the most comfortable experience possible in their home in Rome.
Here, you’ll find air conditioning in both bedrooms and Wi-Fi Internet, among other things.
On the 5th floor of a building with a lift, this apartment welcomes you with its wooden floors, ceilings decorated with French boiserie and interesting designer pieces.
When you make your way inside, the first bedroom to the right has a queen size bed and its window overlooks the quiet internal courtyard.
Adjacent to the bedroom, there is the fully equipped modern kitchen with a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a stove, a toaster, as well as all of the tableware and kitchenware you’ll need to make a nice home cooked meal.
You can also have breakfast in the kitchen; there is a bar with three stools. In the kitchen, a door leads to the laundry room where you’ll find the washer.
The spacious bathroom near the kitchen has a bathtub.
Down the hall, the second bedroom, is a great space with plenty of well-camouflaged storage behind the nice blue wall. This room has a queen size bed, night tables, lamps, a big window overlooking the internal courtyard, as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The airy bright living room is an excellent place to relax. This space offers a flat 50” SAT TV, a comfy L-shaped sofa, a low coffee table, and a decorative fireplace. Don’t forget to look out the window; the Saint Peter’s cupola is staring right back at you!
The living room opens up to the cozy dining room which has a large dining table, a sofa bed, a beautiful rich wall library and an original designer foot lamp.
Up the mezzanine, there is another queen size bed. This space is great for children.
This Roman flat is the ideal choice for families and friends who look for absolute comfort within the city’s historic center.
This apartment is just a stone’s throw away from St Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican City. It lies within the Prati district, which is the perfect combination of city center atmosphere and suburban tranquility.
In other words, it offers wider, more open streets with fewer people, whilst still providing all the facilities and amenities of the historical center.
The restaurants and bars here are particularly good. We also recommend having breakfast at “Castroni”, a landmark in this neighborhood.
In addition to this, Prati lies on the Metro A line. This will take you all the way to Termini, stopping also at the Piazza del Popolo, and the Spanish Steps.
Moreover, changing from line A to B at Termini, you can metro all the way to the Colosseum. Along Metro B you will also go through the delightful Monti district. Here you will find more trendy bars and vintage shops.
