This charming air conditioned Trastevere modern loft apartment is situated in one of the most popular streets of the neighborhood: Vicolo de’ Cinque.
The building is a stylish seventeenth century edifice, with a large entrance and beautiful large stone staircase. The loft is on the 3rd floor, but without a lift… The structure is a little too ancient to have one!
When you enter, you will pass through an outside corridor with views over characteristic Roman rooftops. On your right, you will find the first bathroom with a shower box.
In front of you, there is the fully equipped kitchen. It offers a gas stove, a dish washer, an Espresso machine, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine. On your left, 3 high steps lead you to the bright white living room.
The fireplace is situated in a corner of the room, near a nice library. Two sofas (one can be used as a day bed in case it’s necessary) and a glass table with 4 white modern chairs complete the space.
There is also a dock station for Apple devices so that you can listen to your favorite music.
Near the living room, there is a small studio with a desk and chair. From its window, there is a lovely view of the surrounding area.
Finally, the master bedroom has a king size bed, night tables and lamps. There is also a stylish bathtub with a shower head within the bedroom. You will find the sink and the toilet in a closed corner of the room.
We encourage young couples to stay here and enjoy this super romantic spot in the heart of Trastevere.
This apartment lies on a lovely medieval cobblestone street, full of nice shops and restaurants with typical local cuisine. This very much reflects the rest of the Trastevere area.
Especially in the evenings, this area is full of life and a friendly atmosphere. Its small streets are a favorite amongst locals catching up with friends, and tourists enjoying typical Roman cuisine.
In addition to this, Trastevere is just across the river from Campo de’ Fiori. From here, you will be in a great position to explore Rome. Most attractions will be under half an hour’s walk away. For example, following the river North you will arrive at the Vatican, and the Castel Sant’Angelo.
Alternatively, in the center you will find the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia, and Trevi Fountain. Heading a little further out you will arrive at the Colosseum in one direction, and the Piazza del Popolo in the other.
Many buses run along the riverside that passes Trastevere. This means that even if walking is not a viable option, public transport will be able to take you just about anywhere in the city.
