I highly recommend it either for a romantic trip or a business travel

Great location in central Rome, but off the busy traffic street and in a quite area. Having a terrace was an added bonus. Wonderful restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. A respit after a busy day of adventuring out to see Rome.

This is just a nice place to stay when in Rome. Will do it again!

It&#...Read More039;s a great spot for shopping, sightseeing and dining out. There's a very handy supermarket nearby, a fantastic cafe on the next corner and a Metro station within a 3 minute walk. The apartment itself is inside a 19th entry building and is in beautifully renovated condition, but with much of the historic decoration intact. The size of the apartment is simply amazing, with a generous entry hall, large well-equipped laundry (seperate Miele washer and dryer), a well-equipped medium-sized modern kitchen, large seperate dining room and two double bedrooms.There's also a very stylish and comfortable lounge room with a high-quality large-size Samsung television. The bedrooms each have ample wardrobe areas and very generous bathrooms. There is hydronic heating throughout the apartment and also reverse-cycle heating-cooling in the lounge room and each of the bedrooms. The beds and bedding are of high quality, with firm mattresses and very comfortable manchester and pillows. Although the weather was too cold in Feb to take advantage, we were also impressed by the two outdoor terrace areas. One very small one that could allow a couple to enjoy breakfast outside, and a much larger terrace at the rear that could easily accomodate a dinner party for 8-10 people. Any criticism of this apartment is quite difficult. We arrived during very cold weather in Rome, and found that the Hydronic heating worked very well - but it was programmed to shut off for much of the day - it'd bee better if we could control this ourselves. The apartment is on the first floor above street level, so it's just one flight of stairs. This is an important issue when travelling with luggage as there's no elevator in the building. Because you are closer to the main entrance - you might get a little bit of noise (as we did) when residents come and go late at night - but overall it's very quite, peaceful and relatively private. The beds were really comfortable, we slept very well, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Another important factor about this apartment is the perfect location – central, within 2 minute walk from Via del Corso and the Spanish Steps. The street itself is beautiful and picturesque, as are the other streets around it, filled with little stores, restaurants and cafes, as well as a small supermarket and a pharmacy right in front of our building. It was lively until midnight, which was great as we could have a coffee or a meal downstairs whenever we wanted, and yet all this liveliness wasn't disturbing at all inside, because the apartment faces an inside yard so it's absolutely quiet and peaceful inside. Lorenzo and the other staff members of RomeLoft.com were very nice and helpful before and during our stay, and I will definitely return to this charming apartment.

Elegantly furbished apartment in a perfect location. The only slight drawback is the fact that the place is most of the time in the shadow, being at the first floor. Very atmospheric, spacious and well equipped. Right in the action but at the same time very quiet and safe. I have been to Rome several times before but I would say that this apartment is in the best location ever.

Thank you very much for the hospitality, the apartment is unique and exceeded expectations. Our vacation was perfect. Nasir and the owner of the apartment could not have been more kinder than they had been. Each question was answered. If I remember correctly, the coffee machine did not work well and needed repair.

It is well located on a street with a small market and many restaurants. We choose to use the driver Honey for pickup and departure; I highly recommend this service.We did some cooking and the kitchen has enough dishes and cooking implements to make breakfast and snacks; this is what we did. We would plan on staying at least a week in Rome and staying here. Romelofts was very easy to deal with in booking and payments.

The Residence was beyond our expectations because of the historic value of the apartment along with the beautiful modern design. The staff was also very efficient and helpful. We only found the late check-out expensive and we do not understood why could only be paid by cash. Thanks!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the Valadier residence in Rome. The property oozes history, yet is decorated in a contemporary fashion which means it is a very comfortable stay in an excellent location. The outside terrace area was a great place to sit during the evenings with a bottle of wine. There was also a 2nd smaller balcony overlooking the courtyard which caught the morning sun. Wifi was good and reliable and the Sky box meant there were channels in English on the TV. The frescoes on the walls and the painted wooden ceilings really made this property unique. The location is fantastic, being a short 2 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep which is perfect after a long day sightseeing in Rome. RomeLoft staff were very helpful and friendly during check-in and we would certainly return in the future.

This apartment is extraordinary with painted wood beams supporting the ceiling and frescos in grotesque style on the walls. Overlooking a courtyard it is quiet yet is within a long stone's throw of the Piazza Spagna. The standard of facilities is very high and the supermarket is two seconds away. I will visit again.
