Located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, the main features of this Rome beautiful apartment are its modern design and comfort. 

It has been recently renovated with a modern style: black wooden floor, white walls, elegant “boiserie”. On the right of the entrance is the living room with a “L” shaped sofa, mirrored coffee table, flat screen TV, Dvd player, Internet, air conditioning, central heating. You will certainly fall in love with the views over San Carlo’s church from the balcony. The large windows in the apartment let in masses of day light especially considering Rome’s sunny weather. Left of the entrance is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. The kitchen, with a steel surface area, features gas stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, fridge and freezer. In the apartment you will find everything you need to feel at home.

The elegant bedrooms both have a very comfortable king size bed, night tables, stylish lamps, wardrobes and ensuite marble bathrooms. One bedroom faces Via Vittoria, roman roofs and cupolas,  whereas the other bedroom faces an interior courtyard. The elegant bathrooms which both have showers are spacious and comfortable. In one of them you will find a wardrobe where the washing and drying machine is hidden.

«Perfect location»

After booking on-line from Australia we were very pleased to meet the representative from RomeLoft awaiting our arrival on 21/7/18 at Via Vittoria 3, Roma. Apart from the initial stairs, having the lift to the apartment was fantastic. The apartment on initial inspection was clean, tidy and beautifully furnished. Apart from the TV not working, weRead More were extremely happy with the amenities in the apartment. The balcony was fabulous for getting some fresh air and hanging clothes out. The bedrooms were well appointed with sufficient storage space as were the bathrooms (equipped with a European laundry). The showers do leak onto the bathroom floor but if you lay a towel out you can capture most of it. The kitchen and dining area had all the services you require and although I didn't cook whilst there, we did prepare food and found everything we were looking for. The shutters in the bedroom are fabulous especially when you're trying to get over your jet-lag and there was no noise from the street. The location of this apartment is perfect. Just off the corner of Via Del Corso, our street was relatively quiet with mostly locals utilising it to access their every-day lives. The street-scape is incredibly picturesque with beautiful architecture and historical buildings. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop including a small grocery shop 2 minutes up the street. It is within walking distance of most of the attractions of Rome including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and a short train trip to the Vatican and Colosseum. We could not have been happier with this apartment and would highly recommend it to any traveller. We would love the opportunity to stay again at Via Vittoria 3.
