This Appia Antica enchanting loft is surrounded by a captivating garden and sprawling fields; this open concept loft ensures you’re a part of nature- when enjoying a morning coffee on the lawn or taking a relaxing dip in our bathtub to beat the summer heat!
As soon as you enter the loft, you will spot its bright, chic, boho styling and modernly designed mezzanine.
This Rome apartment features a fully equipped, open concept kitchen (gas stove, oven, utensils, and cookware) with a lounge area that features a discreet fireplace- so you can fall asleep to the sounds of a crackling flame. While the kitchen beckons you to cook up culinary delicacies, the lounge creates a lively and entertaining atmosphere.
The living room is a bright, boho-themed space, with a cozy sofa set and cushy cushions. With tasteful armchairs and a shelf featuring sophisticated pieces, somehow it’s the lego-like, DIY coffee table that steals the show. And the adjacent dining area can accommodate up to 7 people, for a family-sized meal.
As you ascend the oak-floored stairs, to the mezzanine, you’ll chance upon the panoramic bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Allowing you a glimpse of the beautiful landscape that’s part of Appia Antica. The bed is flanked by a chic bathtub and a sink for someone to revel in while enjoying a relaxing dip. The mezzanine also holds a quiet workspace with a wooden desk and chairs – overlooking the lounge and front yard.
Furthermore, the apartment offers a highly modern bathroom with a glass shower door, a slick sink, and a toilet with a bidet.
LOCATION:
A beautiful, open concept loft hidden in the quaint greenery and silence of the ancient – Via Appia Antica. Hours will pass unnoticed while swinging in the shade of our well-pruned creepers, listening to the bird’s chirp. Or you could drive down ‘The Appian Way’ to take a plunge in the charming Lake Albano- a stone’s throw from the loft (there’s a reason Lake Albano is the 2nd home of the Pope!)
The Appian Way is considered to be one of the most influential roads in ancient Rome. And today, you can enjoy yourself by renting a bike to discover this beautiful sanctuary. While riding or strolling along this street, you will discover ruined monuments, two major Christian catacombs, or simply enjoy a meal at a nearby cafe. Every bit, every corner has a surprise in store for you.
To reach the heart of Rome, it only takes about 10 min by car. But, we also recommend heading towards the center attractions such as Colosseum, and Circo Massimo by bike as you will discover many beautiful attractions along the way.
Lastly, you can always relish an early morning stroll or enjoy the ideal ambiance by experiencing the sunset’s crimson shades in the evening.
