Located only a minute away from the famous Spanish Steps, this chic 4-bedroom apartment is a jewel in the heart of the historic center. Upon entrance, a long corridor invites you to explore the apartment.On your right lies the spacious living & dining room, featuring a beautiful sofa and armchairs, the space boasts an antique dining table for 8 guests, lit by a stunning crystal chandelier. The space also features a TV.

Attached to the main living room, but with an entrance from the corridor, lies the first bedroom. Spacious and with red painted walls, this bedroom is versatile featuring 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. Additionally, the bedroom features a large wardrobe, an antique chest of drawers, a small armchair and a rich library.

The corridor gives access to the kitchen. Brightly lit by floor-to-ceiling windows facing the charming courtyard. The kitchen boasts marble worktops and is fully equipped with a built-in five burners gas cooker, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, together with plates, cutlery, pots and pans.

Just off the kitchen you will find a large bathroom with white mosaic tiles, divided into two areas: one for the WC and a small basin; and another with double basins and a large glass-enclosed modern shower.  The second bathroom, tiled in off-white marble, features a basin, WC, shower and bidet. It is located further down the corridor.

The second bedroom, the smallest, features a comfortable single bed as well as a large single loft bed with safety rails, accessed by a ladder.

Last but not least you will find the master bedroom at the end of the corridor. Furnished  with 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, a desk, a small armchair and a large wardrobe, the bedroom boasts a French window that opens onto a small balcony. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom, tiled in off-white marble, has a built-in basin, WC, bidet and bathtub with shower attachment.

Location

The apartment enjoys a prime location, right between Rome’s famous Villa Borghese park and the Tevere river. Within a few minutes walking distance to some of the city’s iconic sights, such as the Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo and the magnificent Spanish Steps. Public transportation is also easily reachable.

At the Spanish Steps, you will find the nearest metro station, which will take you towards the Vatican in one direction, and the central station, Termini, in the other. From the latter, just one change to the metro B will take you towards the Vatican all the way through to the Colosseum in the delightful Monti district.

The neighborhood is also famous for hosting most of the city’s luxury boutique and fantastic restaurants. Widely considered one of the Rome’s most exclusive districts, the area attracts elegant crowds in the heart of the city.
