This stylish property boasts a newly-renovated and tasteful interior. You can access it on the 3rd floor of a seventeenth-century building which doesn’t have an elevator. You will moreover find it on Via dei Cappellari. This lovely street opens onto Campo de Fiori square.
Until the sixteenth century, the street bore the name Via dei Tebalteschi (a noble family of Rome). The name then became Via dei Cappellari to remember the hat craftsmen and their workshops.
The living room features a white leather sofa bed for two, a coffee table with a flat screen TV, black shelves, a table with chairs. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. The plush sofas simply beg you to sink into them with a glass of wine!
There is moreover a French window that leads you to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard.
Guests will also have access to air conditioning, and Wi-Fi Internet.
The open, full-equipped kitchen provides a high standard gas stove and oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dish washer, a toaster, a kettle, and a washing machine. Thus, you will easily and comfortably be able to make your own meals and snacks, which you can then enjoy in the peace of private space.
A staircase leads you to the upper level where you will find an attic master bedroom and a bathroom. The room moreover has a flat TV, night tables and lamps. The bathroom offers a large shower.
The Campo de’ Fiori area is very lively both day and night. In the mornings, you can pick up fresh produce at the square’s daily market. In the evenings, head to one of the many bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Alternatively, cross the river into the characteristic Trastevere. The atmosphere here is unbeatable, with a warmth simply exuding from all the bars and restaurants from which people will be spilling onto the streets!
For a great sunset, we would recommend climbing the Gianicolo Hill that sits just behind this area. From the Piazzale Garibaldi at its peak, you can find views over both Prati and the Vatican area, as well as over the whole of the historical center.
From Campo de’ Fiori, you will be in a great position to explore Rome on foot. Within a very short walk, you will find the Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and Castel Sant’Angelo.
Just a little further away you will find the Vatican, Piazza Venezia, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps area.
The latter offers a more elegant and refined atmosphere in the evenings, with many nice restaurants and chic bars. Should you find yourself here after dark, make sure to walk past the Trevi Fountain. At night it

«Great experience with a beautiful space and perfect location!!»
My feedback would be to have soaps, paper towels , toilet paper, bath robes for your future guests. Also, to check if all lights are working and offering simple condiments like salt, oil, pepper for simple cooking. Other than that, it was a beautiful space to be in and the staff was extremely pleasant and willing to help any way they could!
