This is a lovely apartment. It is at loft level, so the ceiling can be low in places. But it is furnished tastefully and comfortably. There are two large comfy sofas in the living room-dining room. Wow for a rental. We were there for about six weeks. It was “home”. The rental included weekly cleaning, which included changing sheets and towels, essential if you are using the small washing machines common in Italy. A separate laundry room is very unusual and this was much appreciated as well as a clothes rack. We also used the radiators for quick drying. Heat worked very well. We were there in March and April, so I can’t speak about air-conditioning. It was very clean and well provisioned. The main bedroom is large. The bed appears to be a designer bed and the mattress was comfortable. The main bath is large. The bathtub has a shower but no curtain and is handheld so we didn’t use it, unfortunately. The second bathroom has a shower. It is quite small and the shower head needs to be replaced. The shower doesn’t spray evenly. The only bad thing about the apartment is that the main bath has a nasty sewer smell most of the time. It must not be vented properly. We notified the management who said the owner would come by but nothing changed. Maybe it can’t be fixed. We opened the window in this bathroom and tried to ignore it. It would be nice if the owner would provide nice table linens to go with the generally high quality of everything else. There is an elevator that always worked. The apartment is at the top of the palazzo dell’enciclopedia Italiana, a building which is mostly offices, but not on our floor. There are several major bus lines within a block. Plus it is on the edge of the Jewish Quarter in Rome and very near all sort of ruins, museums, shopping, etc. You can’t find a better location. The Campo di Fiori and the Piazza Navarro are nearby. Around the corner on Via Florida, is a pizza restaurant that is to die for. They have so many kinds and a large variety that are either hot out of the oven or they will heat them up for you for eating right there or for take-out. A Coop grocery store is a block and a half away and is adequate for most grocery needs. Cross Via Florida, go one block continuing straight past the ruins of the Torre Argentina (where Caesar was killed), turn right, and you’ll see it soon. Eat in the Jewish Quarter. Go right out the front door and follow the narrow road then the pedestrian path for about 2.5 blocks and you’ll find lots of restaurants. To the right, we loved the restaurant Beppo e i suoi formaggi. To the left, try Bella Carne. Before you get to the street with the Jewish restaurants, you’ll come to a tiny piazza, with a Bellini fountain known as the fontana della torturuga. Turn left there and walk several blocks along an alley-like street to Ristorante Vecchio Roma, pricy but delicious. The massive monument to Victoria Emmanuele is just a few blocks down Via Florida, the Forum, Capitoline Hill and the museums nearby. The Coliseum just a little further on.

Wonderfull and charming appartment in the middle of the historic center of Rome. Lots of space for three adults and two children. Very good communication with our host, who was nice and flexible when our flight was belated.

Bright apartment with high ceilings, Windows throughout and adequate heating that we could control in each room. This is such a special building! At times we felt as if we were the only ones living in this apartment building that has 2 floors below ours of private library! The elevator is unique! Centrally located, around the corner from the Jewish Ghetto, a few minutes walk to the Camp de Fiori, Navona, etc. Markets in the early morning and night life in the evening. We were made to feel comfortable and secure and our service from checking in to hiring a cab was taken care of promptly. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is large and welcoming, and is located in an elegant building. The location is fantastic, in a quiet street, close to the Jewish ghetto, and at walking distance from several of Rome's highlights. I would recommend it to anyone!

This was a wonderful apartment in the "middle" of Rome. Max 20 minutes to walk in either direction to the essentials sights. The apartment was clean, stylish, spacious and had all we needed. We were two couples who had a very pleasant stay :-) We'll come back :-)

Perfect location, apartment spaceful, two bathrooms of which one with jacuzzi, it is a mansard but with a very high roof, full furniture and accessories. Staff always very helpful. Just take care with the address, the name of the square is hardly impossible to be spotted, both in google maps and on the street - just refer to Argentina Square.

Near access to many places of the city, we appreciated this cosy appartment. Ideal for 2 couples (or 3). Nice and well decorated. Just one thing to be improved: the too small 2nd bathroom with difficult access to the shower. But the other is ok.

Also, if you are very tall or very large, the standing shower is small and narrow (all that the space allows). There is a handheld shower in the second bathroom. There is a washer, but no dryer. We used the drying rack and did laundry twice. Staff were helpful when we called and in booking.
