New and Old Rome come together in perfect harmony in our flagship apartment. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the penthouse’s western terrace, from which you may behold the architectural Renaissance masterpiece of Saint Peter’s Basilica. From the comfort of your panoramic living room, be amazed as Trastevere’s terracotta rooftops cascade down from the iconic Gianicolo hill. Spend an afternoon enjoying a book on the northern terrace, which provides unrivaled views on to Ponte Sisto. Later, on the eastern terrace, enjoy a romantic evening aperitivo, prepared in your state-of-the-art kitchen, and watch the buzzing Trastevere neighborhood come to life. Every detail has been meticulously designed in the fully refurbished Rome Sky Loft. Soundproof windows, luxury finishings and elegant minimalist interiors allow guests to relax in the utmost comfort. Guests enter on the lower floor where they will find an open plan dining area leading to the property’s first terrace. Tucked away behind the dining area is a high-end kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and with a glass door leading to the second terrace. A corridor leads from the dining area to the apartment’s first bedroom and bathroom, as well as on to this second terrace. The bedroom is furnished with an upholstered kingsize bed and its own walk-in wardrobe.

An open stairway leads from the dining area to the upper mezzanine level and the highlight of the penthouse: the panoramic living area, boasting a 360° view of Rome through twelve large windows. The vaulted wooden ceiling and the free standing stairs provide an elevated living experience and sense of freedom. The apartment’s second bedroom and bathroom are located off this living space, connected via a small corridor. The penthouse’s final and largest terrace is accessed through this bedroom and looks over Ponte Sisto and the Tiber.

The apartment is structured in such a way as to make it the ideal accommodation for two couples or a couple with two children; one bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower floor and another bedroom and bathroom on the upper mezzanine level. As such, the apartment maintains its open airy feel, whilst still offering both sleeping areas the maximum feeling of privacy.
