Loft de lujo en Via Margutta

We throughly enjoyed out stay at the loft apartment. We were met on time at the gate and led into the most beautiful, well-maintain area. We couldn't believe the size of our apartment and when we woke the next day to discover its perfect location to all of Rome's main attractions we were even more excited. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful loft, we wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was wonderful and very receptive and responsive. The loft was in a great location and was gorgeous!

We enjoyed this apartment very much. The location was superb, clean and always felt safe. Communication overall was good except for a few minor issues which were probably my fault. Lorenzo was kind and helpful. I would certainly stay here again if I ever make it back to Rome.

Loved this apartment. Excellent location. A drying rack for laundry would be helpful. There is no washing machine which is fine - but a rack for drying hand-washed items would be ideal. I would definitely rent this apartment again. Staff very helpful and friendly!

As per other reviews, not as luxury as listed, but ok , location is the Winning factor and the actual space along with the history of being Picasso old loft/studio,, needs a little refurb, we are usually 5 star hotel people so staying in a apartment for the first time we missed the hotel services but , the greeter Nissar was great ,, and the Rome ...Read Moreloft contact people were awesome with there service... We loved the location. Apartment lacked sheets for second bed, dish soap, and extra toilet paper. The apartment was very noisy and the air conditioner did not generate much cool air so the rooms were warm.

All staff interactions, from Lorenzo's email to man who welcomed us to the apartment, to airport driver were courteous, friendly and professional. Sofa beds weren't particularly comfortable, bath faucets didnt work quite right. However master bedroom was lovely and bed very comfortable, WiFi was reliable and overall still a nice stay in a lovely part of Rome.

Beautiful location, lack of equipment in the kitchen, needs a update. Great location. Comfortable loft.

We spent 5 days in Rome and really enjoyed our stay.

Margutta Luxury Loft is in a lovely position and I'm sure when it was renovated it was done to a high standard, however now it tired and in need of some work to bring it back up to standard. The Via Margutta loft was amazing, such a picturesque location! The space was great for our family. We felt very secure with the gated location. booking was easy and straight forward. Via Margutta is beautiful, As we asked them to pick us up from the airport they let us book in early (our flight arrived at 10am) Mr Honey allowed us to also book out late, which was very nice of him, but he was very vague on where nearest supermarket was! lots of lovely restaurants nearby, the ARt Vegetarian...Read More one on corner of Margutta is absolutely divine, and cocktails by the Spanish steps are recommended. However the apartment is not really luxury.... lights flickered on and off, dishwasher smelt like it had not been cleaned... ever.... damp smell in the shower room. Water sprinkler made comfy terrace furniture wet so this had to be moved. Futon Mattress bed not the most comfy but was large. all in all a nice place but could do with a bit of TLC.

Could have used more towels (five nights with the same set of towels was not optimal) Perhaps a change half-way through the stay would have been nice or a washer/dryer. Kitchen could have been better a little better equipped - again not a complaint, but a suggestion. I loved the street - VIA Margutta is truly magical - lined with Art Galleries, Home decor shops, Artisan stores. One block off the famed via Babuino (decadent shopping) and five minutes from the Spanish Steps. The food at the Osteria Margutta across the road from the apartment building was delicious. Highly recommend. Mr. Honey, the manager of the apartment, was attentive and professional. I have visited Rome many times and have always stayed in nice Hotels, I liked the apartment - I felt more like a native and less like a tourist. I would definitely stay again, though we are not always in Rome for the minimum 3 days requirement for the apartment stay. Much more reasonably priced than Hotels and the space is priceless especially when travelling with children.
