This is our third visit to this unit, and each time we have had water-related issues. This time the plant irrigation system failed (requiring a caretaker visit), the water went off entirely once, and there were two issues with the toilet, each requiring a plumber to correct. This penthouse is fantastic. The panoramic view from the terrace is incredible and the location is great too. A stones throw from everywhere in Rome. The sun rising over the Pantheon and imperial Rome is special.

Hermoso apartamento! Con vistas únicas de la ciudad tanto de día como de noche. Magnifico Palacio en una ubicación inmejorable. Si vuelvo a Roma, definitivamente te vuelvo a elegir este lugar! Grazie!!!

A brilliant apartment located in the centre of Rome. The sun terrace takes this apartment from good to great, with plenty of space and fantastic views.

The staff at Romeloft were brilliant. They sourced a clothes airer and cot at the last minute for us. And even helped us with our bags. This being central Rome, parking near the apartment was difficult and we had a lot of luggage as any parent travelling with a toddler knows. But the location was excellent. This as our first time in Rome and it won't be our last. Rome Loft's enabled us to experience Rome from an ideally located position. We were able to walk to all of the major sight seeing attractions. I found dealing with Rome Lofts via email rather good but the representative who met me at my apartment in ROme was unprofessional, he talked on his phone constantly to other people that had nothing to do with me and did not show me around the place. He yelled at people on his phone, I asked him not to answer the calls but he insisted and kept yell...

Last year we had a failure of the hot water system; this year it was the electrical system. The unit's perfect in all other respects, but the failure of basic services would make us hesitate to book this one again.

Great apartment with stunning 360° panoramic terrasse . Fantastic location . However the kitchen is not well apointed : there should be an expresso coffee machine or a filter coffee machine because the small coffee pots are not enough, specially for 4 people .
