Some of the windows do not have coverings and those that do, the coverings do not block out the morning light. If you need total darkness to sleep, this may be a problem, but we were tired enough from our daily travels and dining that we had no problem sleeping even after the sun rose. For just two of us, the apartment worked very well. The space was comfortable with convenient appliances and equipment in the kitchen. We had a water leak in the kitchen and that was fixed promptly. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but had everything we needed. The service does not provide kitchen essentials, but others had left behind salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, oil and vinegar. In the bathroom, there was hair conditioner snd we left a bottle of shampoo. The wifi worked much better than some places we have stayed. We had to buy additional garbage bags and left the remainder of the roll behind. It would be helpful to know what to do with recycling. We could not find the community bins in the area. Again, as others have noted and what must be emphasized is the wonderful location between the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. It is close to many popular sights but quiet for sleeping. There are innumerable good restaurants and cafes within easy walking distances, some within the piazza below. The Campo di Fiori markets are a 10 minute walk. The week we spent in Rome was the last week of our holidays and the apartment helped make it a memorable experience.

Great appartement, great location

This was our second stay in this Romeloft apartment, which is so centrally located right near the Pantheon and yet provides a tranquil retreat from the sight-seeing crowds. We ate out frequently - the Osteria dell'Ingegno just downstairs is really good - but we also appreciated the option of being able to shop for fresh ingredients and prepare meals. As such, it would be helpful to have lids for all of the pots/saucepans provided, but this was a relatively minor inconvenience. Our dealings with all Romeloft staff were extremely positive and we would definitely book through Romeloft again when we next visit.

Very nice apartment in a fabulous location. Turn right outside the front door and you will be in front of the Pantheon in less than 5 minutes. Turn left and the Trevi Fountain is under 10 minutes. The kitchen is stocked with plates, pots and pans even paper napkins, plastic wrap, coffee and tea (left by others so you might not be so lucky). The bathroom is a bit unusual as it has a glass door, however the toilet is down the wall so only the sink is visible through the door. Still, it might be a little disconcerting to some. The shower has decent water pressure and the towels are large. The loft is accessed by a set of stairs as you enter the bedroom and is fully open to the bedroom so there isn't any privacy. Not an issue for a couple but if traveling with a third person it might be. We ordered a car for our early morning flight through Rome Loft and they were there right in time. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and we highly recommend the apartment!

The service and support from everyone involved in the our trip was really great. The guys helped book transfers and were there to handover the keys and show us around. Unfortunately, his English was limited and he was in a real hurry. We rented a 2-bedroom loft - that is not what we had. Only little kids would be able to access the "2nd" bedroom it was a mattress stuck under the ceiling, with a stairway that could not be used because the fold out bottom section was not there. The management team has nothing to do with the way the owners furnish or describe the loft, I wrote Sabilla about this so it is no surprise to her. There was no place for our suitcases, so we left them in the living room. The shower had no place to put our soap or shower supplies. As you enter the bathroom, heading to the shower, there is a step down that unless you are warned, you will almost fall - we both caught ourselves and got used to looking for it. The stools at the kitchen bar had wood seats (one was split in half) and were so uncomfortable, we stood all of the time - and that includes me working on my computer. So, in the end, you can make do regardless because this is ALL ABOUT LOCATION! IT WAS PERFECT! We are glad that we stayed here and only hope that the owners will do more to accommodate their renters' comfort. The kitchen and laundry facilities were great, there was good wifi, the bathroom was clean and tidy. Access to the apt was through a building and on the 5th floor, but there was a lift most of the way (you needed to walk up one floor). We had no complaints and would go out of our way to try and stay there again.

Ideal location in a beautiful piazza opposite the imposing Temple of Hadrian, an incredible first impression of Rome. Excellent location with local eateries, bars, shopping and sites all in easy walking distance. Great place for an early morning walk to see the sites before the crowds arrive.

This apartment was perfect! Clean, quiet, and walking distance to all major attractions. It's in a lively piazza with a few wine bars and restaurants, but the apartment is on the top floor so it's very quiet. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.

We really liked the house. We missed a microwave and also a wardrobe to put our things in it. The security box wasn't working although we asked to fix it!we missed a towel in the kitchen .. The location of the house is perfecto and the bed really comfortable!!

We enjoyed our stay in the Pantheon apartment. It was well located and although it was on a reasonably busy square it was quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed.

Our stay in the apartment was great and really made our time in Rome special. We found the apartment both clean and tidy and well stocked with towels etc. On arrival we were happy to find the sofa bed had been made up for us and the representative who met us there was both friendly and helpful. The only issue with the apartment was the lack of doors on the bathroom and sleeping area. It was great but, the shower drain backed up, and the shower and bathroom walls needed cleaning. Also towell heater only heated up vertical bar.

Apparently there had been a problem at the laundrette. Eventually it arrived but only the bottom sheets were put on the beds. We had to put the top sheets and duvets on. We had no problems with the hot water until the 2nd to last day when we woke up to no hot water but we quickly rang Mr Honey and within an hour he sent someone and it was fixed. The shower did not drain well and we had to be careful that it did not overflow. Even though we had these issues we would still recommend it to others and would stay there again.
