This luxurious apartment is a unique property situated in one of the most renowned historical sites in Rome, Trastevere. Zev, the famous artist, used to live here once.

The timeless terracotta tiles floors, the vaulted ceilings adorned by high-coffered unworked wooden beams and the precious ancient Corinthian columns decorating the inside of the living room, preserve all of the historical charm of this unique apartment.

The penthouse develops over two floors, specifically third and fourth floor of the building, for a total of 260 sq.m, comfortably hosting up to 11 guests.

On the first floor guests can find spacious common areas, including an ample living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is also a flat screen TV with Sky Premium, Spotify and Netflix connection.

On the same floor guests will find one bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, a living room with a single bed and a bathroom, and a mezzanine offering another two single beds.

On the upper floor lie the remaining three double bedrooms as well as another bathroom and the beautiful terrace. The terrace is perhaps the most romantic aspect of the apartment, a secret garden placed above the cobbled streets of Rome.

On the top floor of the apartment, guests can find an entirely independent apartment accessible both via the main entrance and through a private one on floor.

This beautiful king-size bedroom provides all comforts from air conditioning to high-speed wireless internet connection, to the flat screen TV with Sky Premium, Spotify and Netflix connection.

The strong point of this room is the unique private terrace nestled in between odorous flowers and roman rooftops.

The room also has a fully-equipped kitchen corner as well as a beautiful en suite bathroom.

A gardener takes care of the plants for 15 minutes 2 times per week.

Porter service is available upon request at an additional cost of 30 euros, to be paid directly in cash to the person in charge of the service, at point of service. This service is available upon arrival and/or departure. It should be arranged at least 1 day prior the arrival and/or departure.

While if you take a walk along the Tiber, in 10 minutes you come across the majestic Castel Sant’Angelo, whereas 20 minutes away there is the Vatican.

Trastevere is also fully equipped with tram and bus stop, as well as a taxi station right in front of Piazza Trilussa.
